KeyCDN is a content delivery network (CDN) that accelerates websites. We’re looking for a customer support specialist that interacts with our customers and outreaches to potential customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Passionate about technology and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with content delivery networks
  • Analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix things quickly
  • Work with different web frameworks and content management systems
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast changing environment
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a global team (we love Slack!)
  • Help to improving the overall user experience
  • Maintain and update our knowledge base
  • Outreach to potential customers (technical sales)
  • Marketing campaign support

Location in Pacific time zone (UTC -7) is preferred.
