KeyCDN is a content delivery network (CDN) that accelerates websites. We’re looking for a customer support specialist that interacts with our customers and outreaches to potential customers.
Skills & Experience
- Passionate about technology and customer support
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with content delivery networks
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix things quickly
- Work with different web frameworks and content management systems
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast changing environment
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a global team (we love Slack!)
- Help to improving the overall user experience
- Maintain and update our knowledge base
- Outreach to potential customers (technical sales)
- Marketing campaign support
Location in Pacific time zone (UTC -7) is preferred.
